This variety of weeping fig has arching stems densely filled with leathery dark green leaves. These leaves, combined with an attractive, birch-like trunk add a touch of tropical beauty to the home or office. Plant in well draining soil and water thoroughly only when almost dry. Bright indirect light is a perfect spot to keep this one happy. These ficus can get rootbound quickly and the soil may need aerated with a chopstick occasionally to allow water to penetrate soil. Fertilize once per month with generic houseplant food spring through late summer.
