Description
An exceptionally showy and adaptable groundcover that delivers vivid red flowers. This gently spreading perennial also produces small, glossy fruit, though it is primarily valued for its ornamental appeal. Well suited for borders and for stabilizing embankments, it also performs beautifully as a patio container plant.Thrives in average to lean soils. Maintain a regular watering schedule during the first growing season to promote development of a deep, extensive root system. When planted as a groundcover, space plants 2 -3′ apart, or place them closer together for faster coverage.
